Pre-order terms

  1. Pre-orders close on 30 November 2026 at 11:59 pm (Singapore / Malaysia time).
  2. Pre-order items ship from 1 January 2027.
  3. Payment is made in full at checkout.
  4. Each design is made in a single batch based on pre-order quantities, so it may not be restocked after pre-orders close.
  5. If your order also includes in-stock items, the whole order ships together with your pre-order items. To get in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order.
  6. To change or cancel a pre-order, contact us before 30 November 2026. Once pre-orders close, production begins and orders can no longer be cancelled.
  7. Our 7-day size exchange applies once your order arrives, subject to stock.
  8. Colours may look slightly different on screen from the actual garment.
