At Simply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the color or size of your order, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Terms & Conditions:

✅ Exchange is only valid within 14 days from the date of purchase.
✅ Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects to be eligible for an exchange.

How to Exchange:

Step 1: Notify Us & Return the Item

• Contact us via Instagram @simply.theuniapparel with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and the item(s) you want in exchange.

• Return your item(s) to our warehouse, please PM us via instagram to get the address

Step 2: Item Evaluation

• Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange criteria (unworn, unwashed, and free from any defects).
• If the item(s) do not meet the required conditions, the exchange request may be denied.

Step 3: Shipping Your Exchange Item

• Once approved, we will proceed with the exchange and ship your requested item(s) as per availability.
• Exchange shipping fees may apply depending on your location.
